all these people talking about it depending upon what weight you are

she says right in her first sentence that losing twenty pounds would still have her in a healthy weight range. Unless she's nine feet tall your input on how it depends is useless

Er, generally the more you weigh to start the easier it is to lose weight? Like, I'm under 5 feet tall. Losing 20 pounds is going to be way harder for me than for someone of my general body shape who's 6 feet tall, because it's about percentages. The higher the percentage of her total body weight 20 pounds is, the harder she'll have to work to lose it. Also, the more sedentary she currently is and the shittier her diet, the easier losing weight gets. Well, not easier, but if she's living off millet and kale smoothies and running marathons already she'd have to become a breatharian, vs someone who considers french fries, burgers, and soda the most important food groups and is in danger of growing a taproot into their lazy-boy recliner, who might just have to eat carrot sticks instead of fried potatoes, ditch the soda for water, and get up to change the channel instead of using the remote.
