I probably am the worse employee - no doubt she's the sort of person who gets shit done, even if she has to humiliate people for it. I don't particularly care about that if I have to tolerate someone being awful to people. I'd rather be the worst employee in the world and have a vestige of my moral integrity intact than vice versa.

NAYRT - You know, you can have both. What you can't do is sabotage someone's career.

You're no better than her if you do something to make her lose her job. That is her livelihood, even if she's a bully while doing it. And if she gets shit done, she clearly enjoys it. Meanwhile, from what you're saying, this is a job you're not even going to really remember once it's over.

I'm sure she enjoys it, I'm just unsure how allowing people to enjoy bullying other people is a good thing.
