I was really surprised by how well that romance has played out. It began as some of the most irritating and insufferable bullshit I'd ever seen - burn in hell, early!Curran - so I gave up after two books, then I pop in a few entries later to see how far the trainwreck has progressed, and somehow it's since turned into this amazingly cool and badass partnership that complements the fascinating universe, characters, and plot instead of ruining it for me. I don't know what happened and I don't care, may it continue to be awesome.

One of my favorite things about it is how she never took any crap from him and he learned to respect her on her terms and only THEN did she make a move.
