Really, with the nutty ratio so high in your fandom, I'm amazed there could come so many boring, repetitive secrets out of you. I mean that including the Sylaire RP secrets and the expose-elfy secrets. Contrary to what some people seem to believe, f! isn't actually a free-for-all platform for shouting whatever from. It's a place for secrets, and people read this place because secrets are usually interesting and juicy in their nature. Is something is boring and repetitive, and like in this case REALLY repetitive and OBVIOUSLY made by one person, people are going to get annoyed and call the maker on it. Deal.

I see your point, but there are lots of repetitive secrets here that have nothing to do with Heroes fandom. Naturally my brain is going to conk out now and refuse to dredge up examples any more specific than 'some PW ones' or 'I ship it', but yeah. If people see things as secrets they can submit them; if they're judged to just be soapboxes they'll be put under 'not-secrets'; if different people submit similar secrets at similar times (referring now to the FTE and Sylaire ones, unless someone was posting loads of Sylaire rp ones that I didn't notice) then they can't help that those secrets will come out in the same or consecutive posts and seem repetitive.
Anyway. Agree to disagree?

No, I won't agree to disagree. "Live and let live" is all fine and dandy, but you guys keep using it as an excuse to blatantly ignore the very reasonable reasons people express to reacting negatively towards you, and by extention, you guys simply refuse to accept any valid criticism thrown your way. That's not a noble attitude, that's avoidant. And it annoys me even more than the secrets. You're not even ready to argue your standpoint for more than a couple of comments! If you aren't going to brudge an inch in your opinion or attitude, the least you could do is show fighting spirit! Geez.

Who are us guys? Me and Lienne? A bigger group? More to the point, when have we used that to get out of an argument? I don't pretend to monitor everything people I know say, nor even to remember every word I've ever typed, but I'm coming up blank on this one.
And my point was: those secrets might annoy some people, because anything will annoy someone on the internet; but they don't result in hoards of people calling for the OPs to die in a fire, so far as I recall. I simply think that there has been an overreaction to Lienne's secrets, and that it's not fair to call her a crazy fangirl who's just using f!s as her personal soapbox.

And yeah, the secrets were more annoying than the PW secrets, or even the DN secrets. Because at least they have different designs, and it's not blatantly obvious that it's the same person submitting them over and over.
And after this wank, we are all sick to the core and don't want to listen anymore to crazy fangirls of Sylar, sorry! The timing was brilliantly bad! You really don't understand all this?

I just generally dislike the "I act like an immature jerk and you are not allowed to judge me by this, because there are people who really know me and they all think I'm awesome, so there!" act that many people pull online. Didn't Elfy do the same in some reply somewhere? I'm too lazy to check, but I do vaguely remember that she shot someone down with something similar. Maybe it even was Lienne. I dunno.
Also, my point that you don't encourage your friend to continue a behaviour that obviously riles people up against her. You just don't, unless you really want her to get in trouble.
Whether you think everyone is overreacting or just not seeing the genius of Lienne is totally irrelevant. People are obviously not taking kindly to the secrets. You can stick your head in the sand and pretend that Lienne's behaviour has nothing to do with it, but you shouldn't encourage her to keep making people angry.

I see where you're coming from with being tired of Sylar secrets. From what I understand, she sumbitted the whole batch together back before the wank blew up and asked that they be posted seperately because of the puzzle thing (and so that they didn't all flood out one post). I only know that from talking to her, though, so I see where it could easily look like she's just relentlessly submitting over and over. And it did turn out as terrible timing, I admit. My point is that she did not intend it to be annoying.
As I remember, she was provoked a hell of a lot by random people appearing to flame her before she got to the point of saying that. But again, I see your point and I know I'm talking as someone who's hardly an objective viewer.
And thank you for the advice. I think it is a good thing to see the point of view of someone who doesn't (I'm assuming) exactly have a master's degree in all the backstory and reasoning leading up to an action or word. In retrospect, I really didn't think my original comment through. >_>

All the secrets about Sylar that have been on here, before this set even, have made me question my interest in the chacter. I've only been linked here due to recent events(also before and after), but now that I visit and lurk, I have to say less is better in this case.
