Agree 100%. It's OK to notice someone is attractive; it's not cool to say "but her body is mature so she's not a child." There are eight year olds who are entering puberty; it's a mess, probably something environmental, but it does not make her anything but a child so stay the fuck away. :)

I knew girls who had boobs at like 11 and were always assumed to be older. That does not make them fucking adults, Christ. Guys who perv on kids that age are disgusting.
