I think a person who has class or is "classy" is something like this:

-Well read. Good vocabulary.
-Presents very well and attractive. They don't have to be attractive, necessarily, but they must present that way. Outfits that are neat and fashionable, styled hair, they look like they put some effort into their appearance.
-Same kind of personality - neat, prim, fitting, but appealing. Interesting to talk to, but they always maintain their cool. No drama, very well-spoken.
-Knowledgeable in general. Knows about current events, and is otherwise pretty well-rounded. Is culturally savvy and not limited to just their immediate community.
