IIRC she and her friend are being held hostage in a Target? She's riding the horse while the kidnappers are watching and they're, uh, rather fascinating at the sight of her bouncing gently up and down. The joke is that the horse stops and the kidnappers literally fall over themselves digging change out of their pockets to make it go again.

That was mesmerizing. I really could not take my focus off her the entire clip, even when other characters were talking.

I saw that movie on cable for the first time when I was like 13. I was partially scandalized and it was like sexual awakening at the same time. I'm not sure why but I have a so-so feeling about Jennifer Connelly now but I used to be very into her (what with Labyrinth rocking my world when I was 7 and then this movie when I was 13).
