Only, as far as her info went,he was controlled by Kilgrave and was essentially a good guy who is a victim (which was also true at the time).

I mean, taking she believes Jessica is innocent of murder (and she does), it would make her a hypocrite to judge him differently at that time. And the conversation they had at the door is sort of sweet. And I guess as a radio host she doesn't really get that many chances for casual sex without the risk of it being creepy fans, so...maybe she slept with him too soon, all in all, but it's not a flaw in her character to not hold the mindcontrol against him...quite the contrary.

But if the guy who recently attacked you, beat the shit out of you and almost strangled you suddenly showed up at your doorstep, it's kind of scary for even if it was mind control. I mean... just because you know, rationally, that it was Kilgrave's will and not his, just seeing that dude's face again is bound to be traumatizing. I think a good guy would've understood that and kept his distance for Trish's benefit instead of showing up (which was for his OWN benefit) and refusing to leave.

I think you're right a good guy would have kept his distance.

However, two things:

At that time, were it me, I'd totally have been fooled by him, too.

Considering Trish's relationship with her mother, she could have normalized certain things about potentially abusive relationships.

So yeah, I can totally see it as a flaw in HIS character, or at the very least a sign of emotional immaturity and bad judgement - but, I don't see it as reflecting badly on HER.
