Well... to be fair I've had similar experiences in Japan? It could have been that he wasn't German or Swiss at all and he just happened to know a bit of those languages to try to converse in.

It's a weird experience trying to go through multiple languages to attempt to communicate with someone, but I've definitely done that before lol.

I hadn't considered that possibility. It doesn't matter much as I'll never see him again. But he broke a dry spell and he used his hands well, so I will remember him fondly.

So long as he didn't give you anything else to remember him by, it's a win-win lol.

It's been a few months and I can promise you he gave me nothing but a good time!
