I'm really not bothered what pronoun people use to refer to me, though I am quite comfortably female.

I always find it a bit weird when people on forums get worked up over their friends being referred to by the wrong gender. Like, I get that they've set their gender on their public profile, but a) why does it matter so much to you if it doesn't to them, and b) it's the internet. People lie/joke about their personal details, especially on places where they enforce that 'no under 13s' rule. Nobody gets hurt by someone throwing out a blanket 'they', or even a 'he' on a site that really is 99% males.
