If you like history, I'd suggest a trip to Arlington Cemetery. Seeing it in person was overwhelming, actually; I had no idea how many graves are there. And the graves of JFK and RFK are especially touching since you can turn and see many of the grave stones at Arlington and a view of the Mall.

I did the Smithsonian in one day, but I had gone online and decided on the exhibits I wanted to see before I got there. That way I knew where I was going and what I needed to look for. I knew I had to see The Spirit of Saint Louis and Sputnik, but I also wanted to see Kermit the Frog, too. It really helped to have a 'museum plan'.

Yeah, we might go see that if the weather is good. Hopefully it won't snow. : /
