Depends on why you're skipping meals. It has to be an internal reason (not, simply not having the time, or money). It can't be temporary and tied to a particular reason (not being hungry during intense periods of stress or grief is natural). If you're doing it as some kind of compulsion, like you can't eat because it's somehow bad if you do, and the thought of eating distresses you.

If it's anorexia related, it probably won't be diagnosed as such until you're underweight or it has caused other health issues.

That being said, you can be diagnosed with "EDNOS" even if you're not underweight.
