Where it's very clear that it's not a dick'n'balls/asshole combo, or a literal vagina. Even ambiguous genitals borrow from the general designs, but it's not drawn/described in a way that draws direct parallels. One of the better OPM fics I've read dealing with this gave Genos a little silicone gel pad that was packed with sensors, and later Genos upgrades himself with a sort of channel/sheath for Saitama. It's not just literal "robo vagina", there's a bit of thought given for how a cyborg might have these feelings approximated.
