(Anonymous) 2016-01-14 01:49 am (UTC)(link)I can understand feeling skeeved out by certain combinations (like if a white guy has yellow fever, I'll pass, but if an asian guy has yellow fever, game's on!), but it does seem to me like OP doesn't want cis guys at all. Which is totally fair enough and doesn't make them a man-hating lesbian either.

(Anonymous) 2016-01-14 03:24 am (UTC)(link)I'm not positive, but the way she worded her secret, it sounds like she's also into men, but she's just not into cis men who directly sexualize her body for being a trans body (i.e. a female body with a penis). I mentioned elsewhere in this thread that there are a lot of trans women who feel comfortable engaging with other trans people and/or women (cis and trans) with their bodies in certain way, but not with cis men.
There are a lot of cis men who go after trans women who just explicitly want to play with a penis (usually getting fucked by it and sucking it off), and literally nothing else. Cis women, other trans women, and trans men don't have the same history of objectifying and sexualizing trans women that way, so I can definitely see why so many trans women have that caveat to their sexual comfort. The language OP is using sounds almost identical to the language my trans feminine FWB uses, and pretty close to other bisexual/pansexual trans women I know. Usually a lesbian trans woman just doesn't even entertain the advances from men, they just flat out state "I'm a lesbian". It sounds to me like OP is cool with men too, but only if they're not fetishistic.

(Anonymous) 2016-01-14 04:03 pm (UTC)(link)I disagree, at least in general, I don't know OP and can't speak directly for her. Most trans women are pretty wary in general of people who are after them for their bits, but there is absolutely not the same history there with cis women, or even trans men, that there is with cis men.
We're talking about this lady's sex life, and if she wants to discriminate there? No one has a right to this trans woman's body if she's not 100% enthusiastic and willing.
