...how is it racist or sexist? and we have no idea whether it's incestuous or not. Condones abuse? for goodness sake, they were literally war enemies, and even when they fought, he never actually wanted to kill her because he wanted her to join them. I don't think he lifted a finger against her otherwise, even when he was interrogating her.

Racism accusations come from a minority of Finn/Rey shippers. Sexism accusations are from people who believe that Love Redeems is inherently sexist because so often it's "he just needs the love of a good woman".

Well yeah, but it wasn't in a domestic situation? Not saying that wasn't err wrong but they're in a war and on opposite sides. He didn't seem invested in wanting to hurt her at all though, he was doing his job - and even being too soft about it, because his agenda was getting her to join him, he really should've just killed her.

Just from what I have seen said around here, I'd say the racist accusation is from Rey/Finn shippers, or sexist from the part of fandom that has decided she's a lesbian.
