It's a really poor use of the word rape. Condemn adult/minor sex all you want. I agree, but when both partirs are active and willing participants, that word should not be used. I understand the crime, though I think there needs to be more wiggle room, like Romeo and Juliet laws amd different consideration depending on the physical and mental maturity of the minor. However, the idea that any firm of consensual sex can be deemed rape is mind boggling to me.

Also, the girl in question here says she has no regrets or bad feelings about it. Her feelings now as an adult should be considered. I'd feel differently if she herself thought Bowie had abused her.
