Lol, yeah that's definitely not my bag. Generic animu bishification generally doesn't sit well with me. I have my exceptions, but not many.

It's more of an...abstract sexy? I don't know how to explain it. I think it's the mysterious mute thing, the suit, etc. Also because he's literally one Japanese doujinshi away from being a hentai monster. :P It's pretty easy to imagine his tentacles being used for more amorous pursuits1

One of my authors I edit for asked me what I thought of another prospective editor. I looked up his history and found his comments (along the lines of "So good! Want more!") on some My Little Pony fic called Stay By the Campfire. It was about Slenderman turning male campers into female ponies and tentacle-raping them. I don't even know what to make of that.
