+1, just because a person on two below-knee prosthetics might run faster than someone with both legs intact, it doesn't mean they're not disabled. There's a lot of physical issues caused by prosthetics and we really don't know if Bucky is subject to those problems or not. Maybe we'll learn more about the tech when Misty Knight shows up in the Luke Cage series!
