You're not understanding. Rape is defined by its power structures. Individual power has nothing to do with it. Men cannot be raped. Women cannot rape. Rape is top-down, period.

Agreed, but there are women who can get beyond those power structures. Rare, but it happens where a woman can amass enough personal power that she is no-longer held in place by the power structures. There were very few very rare women who were able to vote before the suffragette era afterall. Ronda Rousey can overcome a man privilege with raw strength. In certain fields a woman can amass enough personal power that she becomes "The Top" in your top down phrasing and /can/ rape down. Rare tho it is, it can happen but it does not make it a systemic issue.

This is completely inane. I don't suppose you really think rape is about power structure, or you wouldn't think a poor man could rape a rich woman. And I don't suppose you really think that there is only one power stucture, flowing in one direction, throughout time and space.
