A few things, but two major ones: the fact that t's not a problem I'm still doing a course once every two weeks. Now apparently I'm planned in on those days, and it needs to be "cleared" - like, no, this is a previous engagement I told you about.

Second the level to which you need to multitask. Which is a problem, because that's part of why I couldn't do my last job.
