Re: Movie adaptations you liked better - and why

I liked the Warm Bodies movie better than the book. The book had this really weird scene that implied Julie and Nora used to sleep around a lot because the world was ending and it felt really unnecessary. I also couldn't take the zombie society with the school and the appointed kids seriously.

Yay. Another person who liked Warm Bodies.

Would you recommend the book at all or should I skip it?

I do recommend it actually. It's not a badly written book by any means and there are some nice philosophical parts, but book R is more of a brooder and less of a dork. The way the book ends is also a little different from the movie. There was supposed to be a sequel in the works, but I dunno if the author's still working on it.
