It is three multi-chapter fics, the third one in progress and updated weekly, with the promise of at least two more planned ones to come (many, many times, there's like, two sex scenes per chapter, and there's plot) All of the buttons you mention are pressed many times, and more.
It's Once Upon a Time fandom, but it's a modern AU. I give this as a general YMMV, but it's Liam x Emma x Killian -- Liam and Killian are brothers. I personally don't consider it incesty, because it's very obvious it's just two brothers who love the same woman and the author goes to great (and sometimes unnecessary, imo, but she gets some stupid anon hate over the pairing so it's her middle finger to them, I get it, I've been there) lengths to remind you of it.
