Yeah, totally dig all of those things, too. And it's strange, but it does seem like something that isn't that uncommon, yet somehow, I can't think of the last time I even found a fic like that. Shame really, because I know I've read at least some fic like that and yet...man, I can't even remember what fandom it would have been in.

And in a somewhat-related tangent, I had to go back through my own fic to see if I'd written something like that. Turns out yes, at least some of those things I've written before. I kind of want to write more now, though.
