So how does the fact that one of his main targets, Neville Longbottom, is a full-blooded wizard, fit your "he's racist" narrative?

To me, it proves he's an ass to students of all non-Slytherin backgrounds: Harry (half-blood), Hermione (muggle-born), and Neville (pureblood). Looks pretty equal-opportunity to me.

Well, he was also a bully (in addition to being a racist), and Neville seemed weak.

Soooo basically you have evidence that he didn't target muggleborns moreso than anyone else -- and that the one he was the worst two was in fact a pureblood -- and in addition to the fact that he frowned upon someone using the word 'Mudblood' when he was in private...and he's still a racist?

Fair point. I'll accept we don't have any evidence that he's specifically a racist still - just that he's cool with racists.
