These 'Rey is so awesome and perfect, eat that cis scum male pigs, we are taking Star Wars from you!" people are just jumping on the bandwagon. I bet they think of Leia as 'that chick in the slave bikini'. Anyone who has watched Star Wars knows that Leia and Padmé were strong badass women who were able to fight as well as the male characters. Rey isn't doing anything new or groundbreaking.
