Wow you really have no idea what the MRM is about. Try thinking about things like how male abuse victims aren't believed and stuff. And btw, it's entirely possible to be a MRA and a feminist--they go together, contrary to what wags like you claim.

Theoretically possible: in practice very much not so. Be honest. Most self-identified MRA individuals or groups are chock full of misogyny and at times terrifying levels of violent language towards any woman who dares step out of their very narrow line of "acceptable" female behaviour or challenges sexism in any way.
