The Mindy Project was becoming way too male focused, so I stopped watching because I missed the way the show portrayed female relationships. From what I can tell, there's basically zero female characters except the (very stereotypical) black nurse.

I still enjoy(ed) The Mindy Project (I haven't finished season 3 or seen any of season 4) but I agree.

I really missed Gwen in seasons two & three. And poor Zoe Jarman. Betsy is such a cute character, but there was a point where she became relegated to an extra, basically. I like Tamra and Beverly was still showing up occasionally last I watched, but yeah. It was definitely a sausage fest.
