What are some things you really like, but can't be fussed to get into the fandom for? (For whatever reason.)

Criminal Minds. Love the show. Don't ship anything. Don't want to read fics. Don't want to fandom. I just want to enjoy the show.

It's Star Wars for me so far, although that may change. I do want to talk about the series and the canon and everything else. Just not to the intense level of the fandom.

Daredevil, which is weird because I am all up in the MCU movie's fandom.

Any space opera show or movie. I will watch the main star wars flms and show sans Rebels but not go into the EU. I will watch Star Trek TNG but i'm not fussed about the order or the original show

Honestly, everything. I haven't been properly in a fandom for years. I do miss reading good fanfics but I just don't have the energy to wade through the silly masses.

Most video game fandoms, with the exception of Kingdom Hearts.

I feel like Bioshock tends to be just a bit too complicated for fic and the ones I've seen haven't proved me wrong (I'm all for good recs though!).

Final Fantasy X I adore but I think the fandom tends to overlook character flaws, and also I assume that fandom is now dead.

And Skyrim is by and large OC fic by design, which can be good but often isn't.

I realize there's more to fandom than fic, but fic is my main fandom interaction.

Pretty much all of the tv shows I watch or books I read. For some reason they just don't inspire me to fanfic as much as video games. Almost all of my fandoms are game fandoms. I think it's because there's so much more to fill in with those.

A lot of things? I really only get into fandom if i want to explore either the characters or the meta/world-building more.

Most movies I enjoy fall under that category - some of my faves, like Requiem for a Dream, Memento, Magnolia - I've never been in fandom for.

Some series, too, often those that are more about "catching the killer" - like Castle, the Mentalist, Bones (when I still watched it), Criminal Minds etc.

While I read fic for a lot of shows/pairings, that's as far as I get into the fandom. I have a couple fandoms that I am partially in...and sometimes I miss being as involved with fandom as I used to be, but then I'll check out a show or characters' tags on tumblr. And hit the back button pretty quick.

Disney. I really enjoy the films and I ship a few things but the few fics I've seen and the way people jump onto others really leaves me cold on the fandom.

Honestly? Almost everything. I'll enjoy shows, movies, books, whatever, but I'm not particularly driven to be a part of fandom. I rarely read fic for anything, not terribly interested in fanart, don't want to go to conventions and attend panels or go to signings.

Basically everything I like. Fandom is not worth it anymore, outside reading fic recced by friends and Googling pretty art (and being on Fandom Secrets, heh)

Grimm: I've enjoyed what I've seen on the show but I don't want fic, I don't want meta or discussions, I just want to watch the silly supernatural shenanigans.

And probably a good chunk of movies fit this too.

Star Wars, the original trilogy. I don't want to change a thing. It's wrird, but some of the things I love best i'm not at all interested in the fandom.

Pretty much everything I like? At least that has a big fandom culture off to the side instead of engaging with the creators themselves.

Well, it's different when the creator is dead.

Hmm.

I check out the fandom for most things I enjoy, and whether I like the fandom or not I eventually end up 'moving on' to something else. I very well might come back, but rarely am I in a fandom all year round. I'm not typically that type of fan.

So a ton of things. (And there are certain pieces of media where I'm just not that interested in the fandom, and don't come back. Sort of like this with Justified. It's one of my favorite shows, I definitely have ships, but I can't imagine the writing in the fic being anywhere near as good as the show, and the show is such a masterpiece that I don't feel unfulfilled with just that. I'm open to reading fic, I like looking at gifs, but I'm not dying for more, you know?)

Dark Souls. I'm perfectly fine with the glimpse the games give of the world, and I don't feel any need to explore it in greater depth.

Pretty much most everything. Somehow my ships seem to only come from video games. Other media like movies and TV shows; I'm just not interested in the fandom aspect.

Pretty much anything, really. I will poke my head in when a fandom is starting, look around for a couple of days and leave just as quickly. I just don't really have the interest to keep up with fandom.

Of course there's one or two exceptions, but nothing popular as far as I know.

Honestly, this is me with most fandoms these days. It doesn't seem worth it considering the bullshit I'll have to go through on tumblr. I've consumed a lot of media lately, but nothing that really made me want to go looking for content.

Some fandoms in particular that come to mind are Gravity Falls and Steven Universe. With these I only stayed at the very fringes, occasionally reblogging meta and art if it came across my dash, but not looking too deep.

Discworld. It just kinda feels like the fandom doesn't have the same, uh, vibe as the actual books, so I'll rather just read those.
