I;m pretty sure your paycheck counts as a womans issue if it's 30% less than a guy doing the same work.

Nah, I charge my own rates and they're above the industry standard.

Also that statistic is kinda off because woman on average also work less than guys and work for fields that pay less. Not that there's discrimination in the workforce or anything, but inflating statistic or giving misleading statistics doesn't help your case and makes the people less likely to listen.

Uh, I work parttime at what is basically a warehouse job. Anyone who, male or female, who has been there for over 3 years, is the next position up, and is working a minimum of 5 hours? Yeah, we make the same.

This wage gap only really concerns office job types and the like like that.
