Same here. I stopped watching when they blocked the website from non-US viewers, and I haven't gone looking for a safe proxy in a bit, so it kind of fell off my radar.

I remember it having some really good moments and some really, really, painfully weak ones. Mostly the episodes with Weird Al. Dude's really not an improv guy, or if he used to be, he ain't no more.

I watched a couple episodes to see what the fuss over Hardwick was about but couldn't get past HIM TALKING LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME FOR NO REASON.

I refuse to watch an episode unless there's at least one female there (and to their credit, their frequently is) or else it's endless unfunny dick jokes.

also, my bf listens to chris hardwick's podcast in the car and while it's generally okay, it drives me crazy when hardwick does that thing where he starts making funny voices and laughing at himself. the man will not let a gag die.

I can see how people wouldn't like the show. I got used to Chris Hardwick because of Talking Dead when I used to care about Walking Dead. But usually I find Hashtag Wars pretty funny because I like puns, if you don't like puns, it's probably stupid.

The only time I really get annoyed with the guests is when they're YouTubers. They're usually not funny. But the show is starting to get kind of old.

This show was one of the only ways I got to see my favorite comedian (Kurt Braunohler), since he doesn't really tour. Other than that, I don't care/kind of agree w OP

Ughhh god do I want to punch Chris Hardwick. The onnnnnlllly time I don't (and I was shocked that I didn't) was his voice work as Vaughn in Tales from the Borderlands.
