Well to start off they'd have a yellow-pink-orange color scheme, I like bright colors. Highlights in the hair, no doubt- neon and pastel colors. Has some sort of gemstone and jewel based powers or theme. Probably some swirl markings on the wrists and arms.

Yeah that'd be it. Probably not too overpowered just like a magical girl at best.
