Yeah, that doesn't matter. People don't like crusts because they don't like the change in texture. Duh. It has nothing to do with deliberately wanting to avoid healthy food. Fuck's wrong with you?

Crust is definitely healthier, but I highly doubt that's the specific reason people don't like them. Or it may be in the sense that people prefer starchier/sugarier tasting stuff, but not because they are purposefully out to dislike healthy things.

Just so we're clear, do you actually think people not liking crusts is due to intentionally avoiding/disliking ostensibly healthier things? Even though they very likely don't know that the crust is healthy?

No, I think it's along the same reasons people tend to dislike food items that are healthy (e.g. taste and textural differences and preferences for foods that are less bitter).

So really it's a 6 o' 1. I just wanted to post the cool study.

Even without the context of your posting history, it's a bit of a stretch to assume that you didn't mean "people intentionally avoid healthy food," which is why people are getting confused here.
