I don't hate her. I find her poorly written and uninteresting.

It's got nothing to do with her being female. There are several male characters in the MCU that I also find poorly written and uninteresting (Hawkeye is the first that comes to mind), but no one bats an eye if I criticize them. Peggy, though? The fandom has decided Peggy is a ~flawless goddess queen who can do no wrong~ and so it's unacceptable to have any opinion about her that isn't 100% positive.

LOL, no. I love Peggy but she has certainly been deemed one of fandom's ~flawless queens~. Even the show itself, not just the character, was dubbed a perfect bastion of feminism and people who critiqued it were ripped to shreds (even for totally "valid" criticisms like the completely lack of POC in the first season).

For what it's worth, that's been my experience in this fandom, too. And I've come to actively hate the way she and Sharon are both used to attack slash shippers.
