Thank you! I can't believe it took that many comments for someone to finally make this point. I don't understand why OP thinks media actually reflects real daily experiences...

Especially if they're talking about dramas. In the dramas I've seen, a lot of the characters bordered on sociopathic behavior. Hell, even in a lot of comedies. But Dramas rely on showing the absolute worst aspects of people.

Ugh, this. The comedy shit is the main reason I can't watch Arrested Development or It's Always Sunny. Everyone is a horrible person!
