Sure. I think the fact that he asked for Lily to be spared/protected--but didn't care about her innocent child--shows the kind of self-centeredness that Nice Guys are known for.
It's not a headcanon I personally hold though. Snape doesn't seem to think of himself as a nice guy, or a sweet victim who's being misused. Most Nice Guys are in a pretty Red Pill mentality, and seem to see themselves as the poor sweet beta guy, getting
no pussytrampled on by the ungrateful female in favor of the big evil alpha stud.
