There is one scene they are in together - when Snape delivers the wolfsbane potion to Lupin. I don't recall the details, but I don't think he was particularly rude about it.

I don't think it negates what you say though, over-all I think Lupin was more tolerant of Snape than Snape was of him.

That scene actually takes place before Snape teaches the lesson on werewolves.
