I don't know what size those are so sorry if they're giant. He is giant though. If you can't see, that is my body somewhere underneath his fat head for scale.

He does have some silly ears. They flip inside out constantly. I wish I had some shots of them sticking up when he hears something. The tips stay floppy and they rotate like periscopes.

Awwwwwwwwwww :).

I like dogs like him. They're big and strong and look intimidating, but you just know they're also affectionate sweethearts to most people they meet, too.

I am surprised by how many people instantly love him, because I even had a moment when I first met him that I thought he was too big and he might knock me over. He does love everyone though! He's so gentle. He had a toy poodle sniffing his legs today and he just tolerated it. He knows not to be too playful with tiny dogs or small people.

I still jump when I hear him bark though. It's usually just a big OOF noise when he finds a spider or he wants to play. He sounds a bit like a great dane. He also grumbles when he doesn't want to get up or if he feels really happy. I've never had a dog that does that before so it's taken some getting used to.

He does! I think they put some after bath coat spray or powder on him because he smells like a clean baby.
