The only reason I would recommend watching it is because of this guy:

Who is exceedingly hot and plays a druid warrior type with an outstanding haircut and brands instead of tattoos. Yum. I'd ship him with his protege, the dopey and somewhat useful blond dude in that pic, rather than with the primary female character, who started out strong but then went down an annoyingly jealous, petty, 90210 plotline that made me lose all interest in her character.

I only started watching for Manu Bennett because I kind of loved/hated his character in Spartacus, though I loved watching him in the role, and really like him as Allanon. However... my interest in the show has already waned considerably. Agree that it's got a very MTV vibe,there's much less Allanon than I'd hoped for, and they've already got a stupid love triangle going (I agree with the OP though... OT3 would redeem it for me).

Manu Bennett's time must not come cheap. Because yeah Allanon hasn't been around as much lately. :(

You should check out Arrow, he plays Slade Wilson. Mmm.
