She tormented Akio and everyone (except Utena) with her indifference, as if being a rose bride was just a duty and nothing more even though others such as Saionji obviously considered her more than that.
Anthy pretended to be the ideal patriarchal figure- submissive, polite, constrained to her womanly role, but manipulated Utena somewhat into Akio's arms and made Nanami out to be the attacker. She also seems to do things that symbolically attack the duelists in their most vulnerable spots.
I couldn't talk about the rest without spoiling the series for you, but you get the gist, right? ^^;

You know, pretty much physically UNABLE to have feelings untill utena or something has her real feelings come out of her. She seemed almost TOO dutiful to be anything but a living robot for a while. But I still get mad at her for a bit, because of the fact it hurts people.
