From my experience of Wales (am from the Valleys), this is the only thing remotely suitable for the Welsh climate:

True. But can't I at least get a diving suit in pastel colours with a cute cat design over the chest or something? I really don't understand why suitable raincoats come in dull colours :( Just because the landscape looks so gloomy doesn't mean I have to too!

Truth! Actually I'm beginning to notice that all fashion shops in the UK sell similarly dreary coloured items. If you compare it to the range of colours you get in American clothing stores, the UK high street is utterly boring. :(
