Is it possible to be a feminist and a capitalist?

I mean a good feminist and a good capitalist.

No.

Well, maybe yes actually, considering how the meaning of the word feminist has changed.

Mallards are better than geese, that's for damn sure. But a duck once stole part of my sandwich. Feathery bastard looked me right in the eye and grabbed the sandwich right out of my hand.

I'm not sure why you're surprised. Ducks are basically rapists and necrophiliacs. As a species. fortunately they're small.

I once watched a mallard try to seduce another mallard's mate right in front of him. It was hilarious.

okay in that case I would say YES because Ishka is a wonderful feminist and she is also a rambling, gambling capitalist pig, and she is my favorite forever ♥

Yes.

Why would it not be?

It's impossible not to be a capitalist in our society. To live as a feminist, you have no choice but to be a capitalist.

Define "good" capitalism, because my definition of that tends to be better described as free market socialism -- i.e. a carefully-maintained free market, except in sectors where the bottom line requires hurting people, such as health care.

I think there are meaningful definitions of 'feminist' and 'capitalist' for which those things are compatible, yes.
