I just imagine swinging and flipping and swishing it all over the place.....

I'm a little short for a skirt like that, but omg, my 10 year old heart goes pitty-pat. :)

I prefer my swishy skirts a little shorter and flouncier.

I always liked the feel of them around my ankles and being able to tuck one edge into the waist and have this cascade....

I spent a lot of the early 90's in hippy skirts. :)
