You can be a perfectly healthy weight and have visible ribs, anon. It all depends on where your fat is distributed. My BMI is 20 and I have visible ribs because my fat is all concentrated in my hips and thighs instead of my midsection.

nayrt yes, yes, obligatory "you can be healthy at that weight" post. I find these kind of derailing though, when basically 100% of top models are this tall, extremely skinny body type and you can bet not all of them are simply naturally thin. If model body types showed more of a variety with the average model actually being average height/weight, then we wouldn't need to have this conversation.

That's why I said "not just thin people." Thin people are thin and that's cool. I'm talking about clearly emaciated models and actors.
