I really want one. I'd love to get a dragon down my arm. I have a pretty low pain tolerance, though, and I don't think I could handle getting one done.

Aw. My best friend has a dragon tattoo on her arm, it's nice.

The upper arm feels like almost nothing. Like... getting scratched really hard. Why not treat yourself if you pass the bar?

I have exactly zero but I've been saving for my first one for a while. I'm hoping to have it in the next month or so now that tax money came in. And it will be absolutely fandom related, I'm getting a Labyrinth tattoo. I wanted it before Bowie passed but now that he's gone it's definitely time.

I wish you luck in getting yours soon. One of my friends is looking to get her second tattoo, and she's debating between some Latin script, or a Bowie lightning bolt.

I'd go with lightening bolt but it's not my body. What does she want in Latin?

I don't have one but I really, really want to get a small Lion King themed one. I just don't know what or where I would get it.

I have spent more than half my life wanting a "NON TIMETIS MESSOR" tattoo, but I don't know if I'll ever get around to it.

My only tattoo is on my right ribcage. It says "Pity the ignorance of the enemies of art" which is paraphrased from The Princess Bride, the novel.

I don't have any photos of it handy right now though.

I want several more eventually.

I have the name of a character from Les Mis in Victor Hugo's handwriting on my foot.

I want a few others, some fandom, some not. I like tattoos.

I want one. I want a big one, covering most of my back, and that means I need to first get a small one, so that I can gauge my tolerance. Don't know what that one's gonna be, if I ever get up the gumption to get it.

The big one, though... I basically want it to look as if I'm emerging from a tree. I want bark and leaves, and I want tendrils reaching up and outwards. My lower back and at least half of my upper back would be covered by it.

I've kind of always wanted one, but I am a very twitchy person so I have this massive fear that the needle would touch my skin, I'd flinch away, and the needle would dig into my skin and tear it up.

If I wasn't such a wuss though I'd love the idea of having a tattoo on the insides of both wrists, one of the Wonder Woman symbol and another stylised version of the Tiamat symbol from D&D.

I also love the idea of having a huge-ass dragon start at like my shoulder and go down to my ankle, but again, way too wary of the pain for that.

Have one and one more planned. Don't know if I'll stop after that but we'll see. I only tattoo myself for things I consider pivotal life moments.

I don't have one and I would never get one because I could never settle on one thing. But I LOVE 3D tattoos. There was one I saw that looked like skin flaking away to look like the sky underneath. And another made it look like the person was hollow. So cool.

I also love tattoos that resemble flesh being opened up to look underneath (could be a mechanical body or could look at musculature - there are some really inventive ones). Usually the kind that's not gory but more artistic. I especially love tattoos on the back that are spines or zippers opening up.

I have one, with an idea for a second one, but I know this one will be larger/multiple sittings so I'm pretty much waiting until I have the money, because right now I don't. XD

I've got a personal goal I want to achieve, and when I do, I want the auryn from Neverending Story on my back, just below my neck.

None as yet, but I do want to get a couple. My first one would be two cat paw prints--one black (for the first cat I had that was truly mine and had to be put down about 5 years ago) and a pink one for my current cat, who'll be 13. Probably on my chest near my heart. I just need to save up the money (and not need to spend that money on something essential). I am kinda worried I'll like it just want to keep getting more (I enjoy getting body piercings done, so...).

I shared this a while ago, but I got morning glories on my thigh last December. It's about as big as my hand and I love it, but sometimes when I look at it I'm like, "Who let me just change my skin permanently?? This will be here forever!" I'm twenty-five and weirded out, how do eighteen-year-olds do it?

I'd like to get more - I got flowers as my first one because who's ever going to regret getting flowers and use it as a gateway to something else (I'd really like a stylized, spiral/infinity symbol inspired hydra on my back) but now that I've seen how the flowers look, I sort of want to continue with it and get a whole garden on my leg.

I want to get an Autobot and a Decepticon symbol on my shoulder/arm, and a Darwin fish somewhere on me. Not quite sure where it'll look good at yet.

Nothing fandom related, though that might happen some day. I've also worked at two different tattoo shops, worked tattoo conventions, and basically been immersed in the 'tattoo life' for a lot of years.

That is a gorgeous piece. And this might be weird, but you have longer hair (at least in this older photo) than I imagined. Probably because your icon is Spike, who has short hair.
