Are there good Doctor/Donna fics on that site? I gave up reading Doctor/Donna fics because of all the Rose, River, and even Martha bashing that seemed to show up in every single fic.

There are, and there are many that don't bash Rose, River, or Martha, or at least I've run into a fair number.

Man I love this site, although I only went there for the eight/fitz stories that weren't already in ao3.

The bit about not talking to your fandom friends seem a bit excessive though... Like, why not just say you don't like reading fic for it?

Sounds like they had to leave the current fandom because it was making them unhappy, and now their only fandom activity is reading fic for one favorite pairing on a trusted site.

More than I do. >.>; I was never in the fandom, and now I don't even watch the show, much less read fic.

I am so bitter about the current showrunner; I hate that I have such strong feelings about it, but ;_;

Aww, I have fond memories of that site. It's just about the only place I can find fic for Jamie and Zoe and the 2nd Doctor.

Wow, is that site still running? I haven't seen anything of it in years. I use to go there to get my Nine/Ten/Rose/ fix back in the day.

Definitely up and running still. People continue to post regularly. It has a plethora, indeed an eye-wateringly large cornucopia, of 10-Rose fics, which I tend to avoid (9/Jack/Rose OT3, 11/River, Pond fun, Clara/12, Eighth Doctor and Third Doctor are more my speed), but it's worth slogging through those to get to what I want. Teaspoon really has a high quantity of high quality fic.

I think it's weird and doesn't make much sense that you'll only read fics on teaspoon.

But there's nothing wrong with just reading fics of one subject matter/pairing/character/whatever. 90% of the time I'm only interested in reading one character or pairing in a fandom.

What's weirder is that I have about 6 fandoms where I've never seen the source material and will take everything and anything I can get.
