I don't know what the Mcelroy brothers do but I doubt it could even begin to be as diverse as what RT does...

They have about three (4?) podcasts on the Maximum Fun network. They're okay. I like Sawbones, where one of the brothers and his wife, who is a doctor, talk about the weird histories of different medical practices.
