I'm not the someone, but I personally am grumpy because I was woken up too early by maintenance people making all kinds of noise outside and ringing the doorbell which is also extremely loud, then waiting approximately five seconds before driving off so I never found out what the hell they wanted. And because the teenager across the street is in her "play the same songs over and over for hours" phase (or the same snippets of the same songs, which might be worse) and it's too warm to shut the window.
