I didn't realize how much they did this. I can see how it would become super annoying once you started to notice it everywhere!

I know it is done a lot. But I love the look of that style of leather jacket so I don't care. It looks good on almost anyone.

Same.

...I may or may not be on the hunt for that jacket/corset combo for... reasons.

Finally someone else said it!

It is the new spandex, and just as impractical but in a different way. As long as your activities don't involved moving your upper torso much then fitted leather is fine. If your plans for the day involve lifting your arms about shoulder level, then get used to that draft whipping across your navel. Not to mention leather squeaks and reflects light. Still it looks cool and rebellious in a conformist and safe sort of way.

I think it's this "leather jackets are cool with the young ones" thing that got very badly overused.

Where The Matrix is just the kind of movie I usually enjoy, it happened to hit theaters just as I had reached my tolerance point for screen heroes in black leather. I think I still have never seen it through though I saw the sequels.

What? You watched the worst ones but not the only good one in the series? The Matrix was a decent movie but the sequels ruined everything the Matrix built up. I just pretend they don't exist.

and they're always tightly tailored leather jackets as if most people get their shit fitted
