Yes, your clear and consistently stated respect for both women makes it obvious that this is respectful. Had you previously made it clear that you profoundly loath Hillary and most likely feel the same way about Rice, it would make it seem almost like a profoundly misogynist attempt to portray them as some straight man's boogeyman vision of powerful women as shrewish evil lesbians. Thankfully we've avoided that because, as previously stated, you respect and do not hate Hillary Clinton.

I don't hate Hillary Clinton. But I don't respect her; I think she's a sellout. She was on the right track at some point, but she lost her way.

Powerful women are not immune from making bad choices in lovers. Holy shit I have stories, and they're all centered around the same potbellied, drug-addicted loser who keeps managing to bed CEOs who don't care that he's no good for them and has other women on the side.

Hillary Clinton was touting Henry Kissinger's approval of her in a Democratic Party candidate debate, which strikes me as really not knowing her audience. (For those who don't know, Kissinger was both a Republican and a real-life super-villain.)
