By the way OP

I think it's perfectly fine to want to ship this instead, If knowing how the actor feels about it paints the interactions of the characters in a different picture.

I think most people seem to be jumping on your use of "negative" but I didn't read it as accusatory... more like him not being positive about it aka not on board, which is also fine, just as it's fine for the fans to react to his...reaction
